Message from Mrs Mason

Welcome back to our new school year, which I hope will bring many joys to you and your children. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces on Wednesday morning, as parents and carers walked down the path with their children. We have been waiting a long time for this day! Thank you to everyone for your bright smiles and words of welcome. It is very good to see you all.

I understand that for many of you this may have been an emotional and difficult time. We have endeavoured to provide everyone with detailed information about the return to school, and hope that we have been able to answer the many questions you may have. You can find below the Welcome Back letter in full and also a letter from Professor Kate Ardern, Director of Public Health at Wigan Council, explaining the current situation for schools in Wigan.
