Dear Parents and Carers
Following tonight's statement by the Prime Minister Sacred Heart is now partially closed. We will remain open for vulnerable children and the children of keyworkers (as we did in March). Earlier this evening we sent out a form (via ParentMail) to parents listed as the child's 'primary contact'. If you are a key worker and you haven't completed and submitted this already, please could you do so by 5th January (12 noon). This will enable us to process the information and confirm your child's place tomorrow afternoon - by email.
If your child does not fall into the vulnerable/keyworker category they will be expected to access home learning. More information will follow in the coming days.
To help us deal with implications of this announcement, we are asking that you do not contact the school office for information at this point. If you have any immediate questions, please email slt@sacredheart.wigan.sch.uk and a senior leader will respond as soon as possible.
Thank you again for your continued support.
Yours sincerely
Mrs Mason
